Amendments
Amendments to approved conditional use applications for mixed use developments. In the event that an owner of a property which has been previously approved for mixed use development proposes to subsequently modify the approved site plan or approved mix of uses, the applicant shall be required to amend the conditional use approval and comply with all applicable standards outlined herein. No lot, tract, or building which is the subject of a conditional use application for an approved mixed use development shall be permitted to be the subject of a subsequent conditional use application for a mixed use development which includes an additional or alternative assemblage of land involving adjacent properties.
